Tour of Inverdoorn Game Reserve

Cape Town's Image 1
Today we began the day at 6.00 to leave the ship at 7.15 for a two and a half hour journey to Iverdoorn Game Reserve.

It was a wonderful experience seeing rhinos, cheetahs and lions up close and personal (from a jeep).

The scenery travelling to the reserve was so diverse and we really saw the variety of living conditions in and around Cape Town.

We have enjoyed our three days here and think that Cape Town is one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world as far as scenery is concerned.

Last night we went up to Signal Hill to see the sunset and the sights were breathtaking.

Cape Town can be extremely windy and our journey has been delayed as it is too windy to leave port currently. We will arrive in Durban on Saturday.

Happy Australia Day.
